About Stacie Goucher

Originally from Massachusetts, my husband and I moved to Florida in 2001, where we proudly raised our two daughters in Hernando County. I became a licensed REALTOR® in 2012 and obtained my Broker’s license in 2023. Currently, I’m the Managing Broker at Tropic Shores Realty where I focus on guiding both clients and fellow REALTORS® through their real estate journeys. I have a deep passion for real estate and education, holding several designations including ABR®, AHWD®, SFR®, and C2EX Endorsed. I'm also actively involved with the Hernando County Association of REALTORS®, currently serving on the Board of Managers for Hernando County Information Services and participated in various committees including Education, Events, and Grievance. My commitment to real estate and education drives my dedication to helping clients and colleagues achieve their goals in the ever-evolving real estate market.
